1. For the username, case doesn't matter. The prefix of SFBLI_ is important (including the underscore), followed by your first name and last name (as on file with HR) and the year of your birth.
2. For the password, your initial password is your birth year and the last 4 digits of your social security number, separated by an underscore.
3. You will be prompted through the next steps to change your password and complete your initial login.
